Roister is a restaurant concept by Grant Achatz of The Alinea Group, intended to be a lively and loud dining experience. Customers can sit at the counter, viewing all the cooking action at the hearth or at one of the tables in the main dining room. Downstairs is Highbrow, Low Country Boil, which is a southern, coastal seafood family-style dinner, served out of and in front of the basement test kitchen.
