One of my favorite go-to spots, Nico Osteria, held an omakase night with three other Chicago restaurants. Special courses for the one-night-only event were created by Nico Osteria‘s Erling Wu-Bower and Leigh Omilinsky and by guest chefs Mark Hellyar of Momotaro, Gene Kato of Sumi Robata Bar, and Chef B.K. Park of Juno. As usual, Nico service was solid and all the food was excellent at this fun collaboration dinner.
I’m so glad my friend could join me! Here we are waiting for the first course. Are we dancing at Nico? Possibly!
