The Shaved Ribeye Sandwich uses 110-day, dry-aged Slagel Farms beef. It’s thinly shaved and topped with melted cheese, peppers and grilled onions, then tucked into a soft, toasted sesame bun. No promises the ingredients will stay inside, but I bet you won’t leave a single morsel on your plate.
This is a pot pie like no other. I have tasted and made dozens of variations on this and have never had flavors like this in a pot pie. Rich, comforting, but not heavy, and a tiny kick of heat, this one is a “Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner.”
