The foie gras eclair is outstanding. The pâte à choux dough has a wonderful texture and holds just the right amount of a delectable foie gras filling. The corn kernels add a lingering, sweet finish to each bite. Next time, I will get my own.
I try to learn a new effect or trick with each video I make, whether its using iMovie or Videoshop on my phone, or Final Cut Pro X on my laptop. This week, I learned how to make a burger grow by masking it in Photoshop.
America’s sweetheart. Crowned the 2017 Bon Appetit America’s Best Burger, this masterpiece is a blend of chuck, short rib, and ground bacon. The thin, grilled patty comes with American cheese, onions, and pickles on a fluffy sesame seed bun with hand-cut fries, a vinegar dip and an onion aioli on the side. Mix and match.
I added a spoonful of Carolina Gold Rice with each bite of the omelette. Super comforting and full of flavor.
I’m convinced this dessert is healthy because of the Earl Grey.
