Osteria Langhe serves food focused on Italy’s Piedmont region. Chef Cameron Grant was born in Scotland and later moved to the United States where he became an executive chef in Boulder, CO. He was sent to stage at Michelin-starred La Ciau Del Tornavento, and later returned to Italy to open a restaurant. Wanting to be closer to family, he sold back his share of the restaurant and moved back to the United States. In 2014, Cameron and partner Aldo Zaninotto opened Osteria Langhe, and most recently, their fast casual Italian restaurant, Osteria Market.
