Katsu

A first and last dinner at Katsu, as they will be closing on November 26. Katsu Imamura  is 74 and has announced his retirement. We began with champagne and continued with sake, accompanied by vibrant stories covering everything from trampolines to chandeliers.

Here’s a video of our sake. Kubota Manju Junmai Daiginjo, Niigata, Japan, “10,000 Celebrations” Clean liquid velvet. Subtle floral/fall fruit sweetness. Invisible finish.
