Momofuku Ssam Bar

Having an hour and a half to spare before heading to the airport, I wanted to bring baked pork buns home. Losing battery life, time and ideas, we ended up at David Chang’s casual eatery, per a friend’s suggestion on where to get a different kind of pork bun. While this place is known for their country ham and rotisserie duck, I was a little full having just had Eggs Benedict at DBGB Kitchen so this is all I was able to order. I didn’t bring home a box of pork buns because we ate them all, but I was able to bring my son the Pork Sausage Rice Cakes to Chicago directly from New York. Time travel is amazing!
