Giuseppe Tentori, an alum of Trotters, has been one of my favorite Chicago chefs and people since I first met him. I used to order the lobster rolls over the phone while I was finishing lunch somewhere else and would run in to pick them up so we could have them for dinner. Tonight we let our server and Giuseppe pick our dishes for us. But of course, I had to order the lobster roll anyway. For later.
