TACO Spit-Roasted Beef with Onions ($18)
This clever dessert looks like an avocado but tastes like creamy lime ice. The skin and the avocado flesh coloring is edible paint. The texture is thick like an avocado but melts like ice cream. There is even a little avocado bellybutton on the end where the stem was.
