Panache restaurant is located inside the Relais & Châteaux hotel, Auberge Saint-Antoine. Panache serves some of the finest food in Québec City with a wine cellar housing over 12,000 bottles from 14 countries. These photos are from one lunch and two breakfasts during my stay at the hotel.
Lunch was a delicious prix fixe selection of three courses for about $14 USD including dessert. Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast food but I don’t always find that the Hollandaise sauce is made the way it tastes in Paris. From what I tried in the Quebec region, it’s perfect everywhere. I had Eggs Benedict every single morning I was in Canada and the Duck Confit Eggs Benedict at Panache was so good I ordered it twice.
