A group of four of us flew in from Chicago to New York City to attend the Push Project Dinner collaboration with Alex Stupek’s Empellon and Hoja Santa with Paco Mendez and Albert Adria.

There was something quite special about each of these desserts which commanded just as much attention as a tasting meal centerpiece. Alex Stupek really is one talented pastry chef. I would fly in for the afternoon just to try a few more of these.
