There are 10 varying-menu Xi’an locations in the New York City area. I’m not sure I can fit in having these noodles again before my visit to NY is over, but I’m going to try.

Pork “Zha Jiang” Noodles
Traditionally the order is in order but we wanted to each take half back to our hotels. The noodles were “one big noodle” and so we split it on the side.
