Hija de Sanchez

Rosio Sanchez, originally from Chicago and former pastry chef at Noma, runs two taco restaurants in Copenhagen.

When we arrived, the very first thing I noticed was this colorful bench with a popsicle on top.
Randomly bumping into Anders Husa. I had to wait for him to finish taking a photo of the popsicle to say hello.
