I tried one of Stephanie Izard’s noodle dishes at the April Bloomfield pop up earlier this year at Nico Osteria and have been intrigued ever since. The Duck Duck Goat dinner was strictly to preview and test run some dishes of what might be on the menu as it’s still a few months away from their anticipated late spring opening.
I especially enjoyed hearing Stephanie talk about her travels to Asia and her inspiration for each dish.
