Le Hatley

Le Hatley restaurant is located in Canada’s Relais & Chateaux resort Manoir Hovey. Gourmet breakfasts and dinners are included with your stay but anyone is welcome to dine there. The charming, old-world atmosphere at Le Hatley lends itself to suit a wide variety of occasions. Anyone would feel comfortable dining there alone, with family, for business or with friends. The portions were extremely generous and hearty and made me miss classical fine dining from what I knew of it growing up on very special occasions.

There are several options for breakfast at Le Hatley. The Continental Buffet can be ordered separately. For an additional fee, one can add an entree. There seemed to be nothing the kitchen couldn’t customize for your personal liking.
