Tebirkes (Poppy Seed Danish) A light flaky croissant filled with a butter and sugar and sometimes marzipan filling. Only slightly sweet, if you try only one pastry in Copenhagen, this is the one. Sorry it’s so mangled in the photo. I couldn’t wait to give a try.
